Community Attributes Inc. Welcomes New Staff, Expands into Denver and the Bay Area


SEATTLE (September 11, 2017) – Community Attributes Inc. (CAI), a regional leader in economic development, urban planning and data analysis, welcomes a new senior project manager, a new marketing director, and expands into two additional urban areas.

Marlo Sandler returns to Community Attributes, bringing her career experience in community and economic development, working in both the public and private sectors. Marlo most recently worked as the Market Street Project Manager for the San Francisco Planning Department for several years, where she led development and revitalization initiatives in collaboration with other city agencies and community leaders. Marlo will be based in the Bay Area and will serve CAI both in new business development and project support in all offices. Marlo rejoins the firm after helping the firm get started in the mid-2000s.

Tegan Hill is CAI’s new Marketing Director. In her 13 years of marketing and business development experience in the Bay Area, Tegan has specialties in strategic marketing and proposal development, as well as extensive knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. Tegan relocated to Seattle to serve all offices.

Elliot Weiss now represents CAI in Denver, Colorado. Elliot joined the firm in 2013 and relocated to Denver in 2016. He supports projects from all CAI offices and leads business development in Colorado.

At Community Attributes, we are thrilled to add two talented new staff to our team. Marlo was the fourth person to join Community Attributes, in 2006, and we’re both excited to work together again. She will help us grow CAI in Seattle, in the Bay Area, and nationally. Tegan brings several years of experience leading business development and we’re lucky to have her team support and leadership. Elliot is a rising star in planning and economic development and we’ll do great things together in Colorado
